Schedule of Events

Youth Weekend presents a varied and entertaining schedule of events for the weekend, including Scottish Country dancing classes, elective dance classes for the adventurous, a cèilidh on Friday night, a "Dancing Among the Stars" Ball on Saturday to which Scottish Country Dancers of all ages are invited, and a combined class on Sunday morning.

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm	Early check-in at the Academy Building
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm	Welcome cèilidh and check-in at the Academy Building

Saturday, May 4th, 2013

9:00am - 9:30am	Late check-in at St. Luke's.
9:30am - 10:30am	Classes (part I, Academy Building or St. Luke's)
10:45am - 11:45am	Classes (part II, Academy Building or St. Luke's)
12:00pm - 1:00pm	Lunch at St. Luke's
1:15pm - 2:15pm	Electives: Zombie dance at the Columbia Dance Center or Norman dance at St. Luke's
2:30pm - 3:30pm	Ball walk-through at St. Luke's, or a scavenger hunt
6:00pm - 7:00pm	Dinner at St. Luke's
7:15pm - 11:30pm	Ball at St. Luke's (open to all). Grand march is at 7:15.

Locations

This year's Youth Weekend classes will be held in three venues, (A), (B), and (C). The hotel is located at marker (D), and the Amtrak station is at marker (E). The distance between points (A) and (C) is about 3/4th of a mile, as the crow flies. All points are convenient to Interstate 5.
